hi all! milk is considered as one of the most important food of mammals, including humans. in the case of us humans, for hundreds of years, milk has been considered as the perfect food and one of the fundamentals of good nutrition. however, there are some challenges regarding the fact that we drink cow's milk, goat's milk, sheep's milk, yak's milk, etc... some of us are lactose intolerant, which means we cannot digest the lactose (the sugar of the milk) found in those types of milk. and there are some people who claim that milk from animals should only be drunk by the babies of those animals. why would humans, even adult humans, drink milk from a cow, goat, sheep, yak or whatever? and so, manufacturers have decided to provide "alternative milk" such as soy milk, peanut milk and so on. not only are they friendly to lactose-intolerant people, but they have the same, if not more, nutrition than animal milk. however, there are still some of us who would stick to animal milk. probably out of habit. probably out of nutritional belief. anyway, it's our right to choose. =) now, my question is, would you prefer soy milk or cow's milk? in my case, since i'm lactose-intolerant, i would choose soy milk. plus it tastes very nice. how about you guys? thanks and happy mylotting!

I prefer soy milk. Some articles say that soy milk is suit for chinese, especially females. It's easy to digest. If keep drinking it for a long time, you will find it benifite you a lot.For example, it can make you skin more smooth
