Can you tell me the sites giving $1 as payout..?

I know of a new site which has only recently been set up. It doesn't have a massive user base but it does payout twice a month with $1 or more. The site i'm referring to is Postparker. It's a PTP site similar to this one. All you have to do is register then send your paypal ID to admin. They handle the rest and when you reach the payout limit they pay you. It's a really good site have been there a week or so now it just needs promoting as a site like this is too good to let close.
