Here in Ireland, Irish is our mother tongue although it is not spoken very much througout Ireland. Most people here speak English. It was compulsory to learn Irish at school so I speak fluent Irish and English. I can also speak French although I cannot write it very well. I am hoping to brush up on my spoken french before I visit France next year.

I am from Romania, and my native tongue is Romanian. It's a Latin-based language, related to French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. I speak and write good English and fairly well French. I understand some Spanish and Italian, and after a while in an environment speaking those languages I end up speaking good. I can also read and write Russian, but I don't know too much words.
