Best place for photos of Sinulog

Where would you think the best place is to grab photos of the Sinulog in Cebu.. I struggled last year to get a good location.

I don't know if you have tried Tagaytay, Baguio, Bicol, Palawan or you could ask Mountain Hikers here in the Philippines. They can give you the best package, a good escape through hikes and other hidden places. I hope you enjoy visiting this places.

Its just the best location to take photos for the Sinulog im after. I live in Cebu but im hoping to get some good photos for the competitions in the newspapers.

I guess that taking advantage of the location you are at, is it being in an island, will benifit you. I am pretty familiar with my province and to let people see what I enjoy or feel when capturing those simple moments are very powerful kodak moments. I guess getting to know the place you are at more intimately will help you broaden your choices for the picture contest.
