My sister is pregnant now. Please give me some health tips to keep her and her child yet to born to be more healthier.You can also share the problems one will undergo during pregnancy....

not only a woman can answer you for this questions, because you'll find a lot of woman who won't know how to react in such situations you should ask some professionals like doctors

One of my best friends had gave her birth to her first baby about a month ago, I have to talk to her when she was pregnant, she told me that, eating some fruit, walking outside everyday, keep the pregnant woman happy is very important.
