Do you think going far away from home for education is easy?

Hello all. Do you think going away from home is easy for such a long time? Have you ever been gone away from home. Whats your feelings when you have gone away from home for the case of education? Have you gone away to other places for education? How you have lived when you lived your family and gone away to other places.

yes, it is not very easy especially if you are with your family for a long time. with me, it been one year and seven months that i am far with my family, i am not currently studying but I'm working and its hard for me to be far from them. Last christmas and new year, i cried because I miss them so much. I miss the moments that we use to chat with each other. I will really work hard to be with them this summer. I really really miss them.

Hello Sunitha. Me too gone away from here for having engineering studies here in Andhra Pradesh. I too feel very home sick just like your brother. I know that living beyond the family is very difficult. But, i have decided to go so, to know outer world. Thanks for your heartily advice.

its not easy man.i have stayed away from my parents for 6 years just coz of my studies.but u get used to it in the long term. but now u can easily chat online using yahoo or so.

i have already selected a far away college. I will go there tomorrow again & come here after 6 months. I too living difficult without them. now i cant do any more. My selection is wrong.
Whatever may happens, i should go there, which means i should leave here & my6 family again for few more months.
