Is waoindia site scam or genuine???

i have recently joined waoindia ptc site and they paying is good 10 cents per ad and daily 10 ads means daily $1 we earn from our own click and dey pay 50% referral earning but thier payout is at $199 so please let me know if its scam or genuine because after reaching that payout if it appears to be scam then no use of doing so please let me know before onli the person who referred me told its genuine but it does not look like to me as it pays high let me know about it
