I know, I know... I need to find more time in my day to work out...I always feel so much better when I do work out vs going a week with out fitting it in. my new year, new me.... is not getting off on the right foot per say!! LOL I keep telling myself to get up an hour earlier and work out... sounds good the night before but come morning.. sleeping in that next hour sounds better...LOL do you find it harder to fit in working out?

Yes... I do. I put it off a lot of the time. If you can't fit in exercise in the morning... is there time in the evening or afternoon? I do some exercise later in the day because I can't get up any earlier.

I am trying to fit it in now between dropping my son off at school and then picking him up...he goes for 3 1/2 hrs --so I drop him off, do some running and try to get home and do 40 minutes of workout before I go back and get him. LOL this has worked twice so far this year....

LOL Oh MY MOM I know what you mean about the getting up earlier to do it...Never happens for me...I just hit the snooze...But I have become very regular working out after my kids are in bed. It is the only time I have so I say me before house work and you know what has happened...I enjoy doing it plus I have energy afterwards to finish th light house keep ing before going to bed. I didn't think it would be true... Plus I have gotten the wii Fit and it makes you want to make time!!! Good luck!

The key is that you don't have to do it all at once. Research shows that getting 10 minutes of exercise three times a day is just as beneficial for you as getting 30 minutes of exercise at one time. If you spend thirty minutes a day doing some form of cardio exercise and work in 15 minutes of weight training three days a week, the weight will come off. I know that it's hard but exercising consistently is the single best thing that you can do for yourself. Do it for YOU. You deserve a half an hour a day to do something that's important to you, don't you?
