Hi everyone: I'm new to the site, and was wondering if we can earn money on blogs like we do on discussions. Does anyone know?

There's a place called Today.com where one can blog and earn money from it. You can add a blog entry everyday and has to be at least 100 words. One doesn't see "earnings' right away as they do read all entries to make sure of their quality and that one isn't writing any kind of junk...but they do pay $1.00 per day per that one entry...Payout is $50.00 so that means technically speaking it takes nearly two months to reach payout....I'm over there myself..just kind of started

Hi pywacket, and thank you for responding to my question. I really appreciate your help and input. I will take a look at this as soon as I can. Do they have a referral program? If so, when I sign up, what do I need to give them so you get credit for bringing me there? I'm a pretty opinionated person, so finding one hundred words to write really shouldn't be a problem. Do they ONLY allow one blog a day? Can't you do more than that? What kinds of writers have you experienced? Are they people from all over the world who have a strong command of the English language? Have you run into much having to do with people who have such little knowledge of the language that they just don't make sense? Just as an FYI, I did count the words in this response, and they totaled over 100 words. So, I don't think I'll have trouble finding the words to say.

Oh--another place to earn money if you're into article writing is Associated Content...they do take awhile to get back to you as they too read each article you submit..but one can earn an average $4.00 or more there....I have a widget on my profile page that leads to my articles in case you want to view them--they too used to pay a lot better but since now so many writers are there they too had to cut back in rates of pay..sheesh

Hi pyewacket: I just wanted to let you know that I did sign up for today.com. To an extent, I'm excited, and by the same token am a little apprehensive. I'm not sure what I'm doing on the site, and don't really understand how it works. I hope I can find the answers to my questions, and be able to prove myself worthy of readership on the site. Is there any advise you can give me? I would appreciate it, and thanks.
