Sounds fun to have the ingredients around for a rainy day or a very cold day like you are experiencing now.

Oh wow, these ideas are great! It really stinks that I just noticed the discussion now. I will definitely write down the recipe for the peanut butter play doh though! I can't wait to try that one with Angelina. She did help me make brownies in a heart shaped tin, chocolate frosted, and with candy confetti hearts on them! We had a lot of fun! I'm glad you liked them. The playdough is really nice because kids like to put things in there mouth and this way you don't care if they do. It really does taste good. Your brownies sound really good. I bet Angelina loved that.

Yes hun, Angelina loves to help with just about anything :) I love it when we can do stuff together and I really think the Peanut Butter Play Doh will be a big hit! Have just been pretty busy lately with getting ready for our trip to Arizona next week!

Those sound like so much fun even though my son is 27 years old.. I do have a niece who has 3 children and the little girl is about 8 years old and loves to come visit. When she does, the first thing she wants to do is to get into my craft supplies.. It doesn't matter what she is doing as long as she is creating something or the other.. I will save this and use it the next time she comes over..

My son who is in the 10th grade recently had to do an animal cell for Science . They were encouraged to be creative and try to use things other sstudents might not think about . Well we explored the internet for days trying to come up with ideas . We stumbled across an arts and craft site that believe it or not had an edible animal cell on it . We changed it up a bit to make it more on his grade level and he got an extra 10 points on it for being creative . Not to mention the class enjoyed eating it after he got his grade . It was fairly easy , just made out of jello and different candies . So if your child has a science project coming up this might be an idea for you. Cheryl
