Is there any way to directly comment comments on your posts in your discussions?

Lately I have been getting mildly annoyed due to the fact that I usually enjoy responding with fairly long posts in order to explain what I said and respond to comments. This gets kind of difficult though because when I go into the comment screen, I am not able to see the new comments; just the original (oftentimes being my own). Is there any way to directly comment single comments left under your response? I have not seen a button like this. Thanks!

Ozone's right, that's the only way to do it. I've been here for nine months and have wished for the same thing but that's not how mylot is set up.
