Do you bite your nails?

Well, when i was younger i used to. And i ended up having words in my backside. I had to keep scratching it and it was horrible. To add on to it, my nails were always ugly and jaggered. My mum used to nag me and scold me when i bite on them. Anyway, due to mostly vanity reason (so that i can have nice nails and a pretty manicure), i stopped chomping on them. So do you still bite your nails?

yea, when i get tense. but some of em says that it prevents your mind from circulating in the right way. and like you, i put some manicures in my nails. so that i cant bite them. lol!^^

No, I don't bite my nails any more. Just like you, I had developed this bad habit in my childhood. I used to bite my nails when ever possible and my mom kept me scolding for that. But I stopped that bad habit about 10 years back.

no i don;t have the habit of biting nails. in childhood or now , i don;t bite nails because the impurity in the nails will go into our mouth and can create some diseases i think. so i won;t bite nails. i won;t do manicure but i will keep my nails neat and i clean my nails while i bath with tooth brush . so my nails will be neat at any time. my husband have this habbit and i will scold him when he bites. but he won;t listen to me .lol. he will bite when he have any tensions. he bites nails and the skin near to the nails. he will have rough hands because of his habit of biting.
