Ok so I was sitting here and I got to thinking and it dawned on me omg I have been a non smoke for 1 year now. I am so proud of my self I have to tell some one. I smoked for 15 years. I would wake up and have one and the last thing I would do before going to bed was have one. I am glad to say I no longer have that monkey on my back so to speak. I am much healthier and happier. I no longer have to hear my daughter telling me that I am gonna die if I keep smoking. You know how kids are they are so blunt. Any way I just wanted to share my sucess with you all. Thanks for stopping by my discussion. Have a great day.

Thank you for your response. I believe what you say :) I know that I had help other than my daughter. Even every one in my family is amazed I did it. LOL.

The quitting was the easy part it was finding something to do with my hands that drove me nuts lol. The best part is that I can walk now and not get winded. I live in Colorado and let me tell you walking was always a chore for me when I smoked..

Congrats dear. Its great that you got over your smoking habit. Actually it doesn't have good effect on children. You too have a great day.

Well my daughter was never around when I smoked. I smoked outside and away from her but she knew what it was doing to me and that is the reason she kept telling me I was gonna die. I was so upset to hear her say that over and over again. I honestly think I quit just to not hear her say that any more.

Good for you Autumnrose. I still can not stop smoking, even though children are always reminded me. Can only minimize it. You surely know, smokers difficult were given advice to stop.
