They're just scammers. I personally experienced this and they didn't pay me my 50 dollars. They said my account was converted to a different program because it's not performing well. They had to wait for me to reach that 50 dollars before they converted it. talk about the right timing. What I hated most is that their support replies are just system generated and too damn slow. I had to wait for days before I even get a reply. Don't know if you'll believe me but I'm just sharing my experiences with them.
