Raisin or Grape

which one is nutritious? Well, I know for a fact that raisin is just a dehydrated grape. So water-wise, raisin lacks that. But is it still as nutritious as grape?

Yes they are im sure but they are worse for your teeth because of the sugar in them and the fact they stick to your teeth!

yes, coz i think the dehydration makes the natural sugar more concentrated. Want some raisins? Here. *hands kezabelle some raisin*
