Hello ronaldinu Hahaha very good!! In seriousness though I always turn my computer when I go to bed at night but I do have a friend who leaves his on all night as he is always downloading stuff so he leaves it to do it's thing in the night.

Yup, I do shut down the computer before going to bed. Don't see any sense in leaving it on when I sleep. :) Moreover, my cats love sleeping in it. Cheers and happy mylotting

I love that flash video - seen it a few times before. I tend to put my computers into stand by. The one pc has issues recognizing the keyboard from a fresh start up so I try to avoid it (I'll be getting a new motherboard and processor soon) and the other is a laptop so i just close the lid.

Yes, I shut down my PC, when I go to beddybyes, because it saves electric current and at the same time my money. Furthermore, I cannot bear the noise of it, because my PC is in my bedroom. But sometimes, when I am loading down a big file, I leave my PC running.

HI Ronald, Sure I do. Why would I leave the computer running since I am sleeping and not doing anything? The only time I leave it on is when I am still running some programs that will work by themselves when I am sleeping. But really, I don't like to leave the computer on when I am sleeping because we are in the same room. It's kinda of disturbing to my sleep.

Yeah i do shut down my computer just to be safe. I don't want to shock myself when i turn on my computer next time to find out that it's not working. So better safe than sorry. I usually shut down my computer around 5am. The usual time i go to sleep. Haha, i just checked on the icon war. I'm glad i don't have Diablo installed! I only have four icons on my desktop.

Our main pc here at home is on almost all the time however I trun off my laptop when i don't have anything to do on it. Thanks for sharing the link, quite creative!

Now THAT explains it all! I always close my computer down, more to save on the electric bill than any other reason but I honestly DID think that the icons were sleeping too if I shut them off. Now I get it! I see where all the scratchy marks have come from now

This was one of the funniest things I have ever seen in my life. Hmmmm maybe I will sneak up on the puter to take a gander at the screen. Maybe just maybe internet explorer will prevail!!! This is great stuff. I have to pass this one on. I think my mom will love it. I know my kids do!

I don't turn off my computer before I go to bed. I am not sure why. I guess that I am just used to leaving it on.

I usually do because I have a laptop. If I kept my computer on I wouldn't be able to close it and that would allow dirt and dust to get into the keyboard. Sometimes, though, if I do keep it on all night long I'll take a towel or something to cover the keyboard. I've seen that site before and it is so cute to think that all of your icons are doing things like that while you are sleeping! LOL! Lol, thats quite amusing! I do switch my computer off every night, mainly to save energy, and also because I think the computer needs a rest every now and again to be fully functional too.
