Mylot $$$ distribution is less for old members than new members?

I personally think that when a person first signup in mylot and then perform some action then the money given to him is quite great then some other old member .
The reason behind it may be to not discourage fresh user and let him first explore this site . while for seniors in this case this is not so.
I had seen this for myself . or may be since i had been quite in active over here for a long time it is due to that reason but some or the other thing is certainly wrong.
lets find out what others had to think in this regard................

im sorry to tell you but i think you have gotten it all wrong..... i have been a member of mylot for more than 3 years and been active the first few months and then took a break.....and joined back two months ago...and i am doing great.....
though i dont have much time to get online and post to discussions whatever time i do get i utilize it on mylot.....
i havent gotten any problems with the money i earn here nor with my payments as they are always on time ...... as they promise......
so i think you have gotten it all mixed up.....
