Help with Directv and Dishnetwork

I need your help:
I want to ask how to get Directv or Dishnetwork ( if i can ) in Egypt that include the satellites or any of there channels like abcfamily and NBC and SciFi.
So anyone know haw to get them in Egypt please tell me haw.
