can the paypal billing address and the credit card address be in diff countries

Hi All, I am in singapore.I've created a paypal account from singapore using another country India's credit card.hence my paypal billing address is in singapore and the credit card statement address is in india.Also i've used my brother's credit card.hence the name will also bee different.I afraid now that it will be problem.can anyone please clarify me about this paypal issue?

Hello dhaksha! Can you please tell me first what are you going to use the credited card for? To get verified or to withdraw your funds? If it is for verification purposes, I am probable that your account will not get verified since there are inconsistencies with your account details particularly the name and address. If it is for withdrawal purposes, your withdrawal transaction will just bounce back and you will be charged because that is not allowed. YOu should have the same information. YOu may get a debit card or use your bank account with the same address as your paypal account.
