Lets put forward your opinion about MONEY. It can be a proverb, a quote, a joke, an experience ( good/bad), and etc but must be related to MONEY. For me,money is one of the thing that we need to stay alive, but it is not the most important thing in our life. With money, we can buy a house but not a home. With money we can buy a clock but not time.....

Money is stored energy. It's easier to take a $10 bill to the grocery store than a cow to trade for merchandise. Focusing on money alone makes for a miserable existance.

Money is required to fulfill our basic necessities of life. Eg:- We want to build a house, or get some new clothes or anything else which can be got only if we have money.Money is not everything. Because the mental peace can be got only if we have good friends who be with us in all our joy and sorrow. Money can buy the material things but not peace of mind.

Money is the root of all evil? Money makes the world go round? In Europe we live in a capitalist society so you get caught up in it. I wish I just had more of it so I could live the lives of those of whom I'm envious! www.AddAnImage.com

To money is a means to an end and not the end itself. We need it but it is not the only thing that matters in life. My experiences have shown that life treats you differently when you have very little or no money.

Money is not everything and cannot buy everything, and certainly not the most important things in life. The most important things list includes love, trust, sincerity, honesty, fidelity and faith. Money cannot get any of these things for us, although we do need money or some form of barter system for food, shelter and clothes. I disagree that we need money to stay alive because there is always the barter system which I know isn't used much these days, but it still an option in lieu of money. :)

Yes the barter system is good for many people. When we first set out travelling we had sold everything and had no fixed plans. Friends of ours were going away, so they asked us to look after their place which we agreed to do. In return for being there, feeding the pets, watering the garden and generally making sure everything was okay they paid all the accounts like phone, electricity, water etc plus I had the internet on as well. It was a sort of barter system, because they could go away knowing their home was being looked after, didn't need to put pets in to a kennel & cattery or pay someone to tend to their gardens and lawns plus they didn't have to pay a premium on their insurance because the house was empty. It worked out well for all of us in that we had somewhere to stay for free and they had a good holiday knowing their home was safe and it was actually costing them less than it would if they had to pay other people for everything. It can work in other ways too of course, from labour in return for food or the other way around. One person can fix another's roof in return for the first person repairing the car. :)

money is just to satisfy our needs and to clear our requirments. but it will never give happiness and it is just used to live in our life. We cannot buy happyness with money

hi, money is important to me because my family hav been through hard times with it but personally i would not think of it as a solution or to make u happpy it helps to survive and is good but i dont think it means much otherwise. it is only useful for stuff and stuff is no everything there are more important things in life than money like life love in friends. and wealthy people can often be depresed and not at alll happy so family an friends is extremly important. money is good but not the be all and end all. it is needed to get by and good for material spending but it does not necessarily bring happiness it mite even bringgreed and jealousy and false friends.
