Yes! 15,000 text messages in one month. How much can you do in a month for you? 20,000? Sorry to disappoint you but that is not the record. A teenager in Florida has clocked up an astonishing 35,463 sent and received text messages in one month. Emilee Cox, 14, bombarded her boyfriend and friends with messages about cheerleading and 'other random things'. Assuming she slept eight hours a day, that is about 74 messages an hour. Luckily, her mobile phone contract allows unlimited texts. How's that for a record? What is the most you have text in a month? Start counting? My best friend can rack up text messages. Last month she neared 20,000. I can't remember how many it was before that. I only use less than 400. Mainly texting her.

jessi0887, Then you may want to share this article with her. Who knows the Guinness Book of Records might want to start another documentation on this. Have a nice day.

A big surprise for me. I wonder how she could be doing that much. Anybody to remind her or warn her? A teenager needs goodwill care or attending in all aspects, now also in cellphone. Too extreme banning is not acceptable, but abuse of cellphone must be stopped for her health and for her future.

zhuhuifen46, I think where you are, it will probably cost you a bomb to text more than 500 in a month but in other countries, their price plan for their cellphones just comes with unlimited text messages. So you can see this phenomena like this one. I would not think they are being offensive or abusive. Just another way of life here. Cheers.
