This questions are for all the citizens. I have seen the tendency in my country, especially in the educated people to avoid the elections as much as possible. Most of them do think elections as a dirty game & they simply don't want to enter the mud. This is not a very healthy habit for the future of the country. What about you so far as your responsibilities as a citizen is concerned?? Have you ever voted in general elections in our country?? Do reply...thank you in advance...

I always vote. I feel that it is my right to vote and my right not to. However, anybody not voting I think gives up their right to complain!

Hello,Panda! It is our political right to vote.So nobody should avoid it.But I have seen as much as 50% of the voters don't turn up to cast their vote. Some people say that they don't prefer the candidates so they avoid the election. It is not the right answer. It is our moral duty to support some one from the contestants and send him to parliament or assembly as our representative.I have been casting my vote since 1961 in all the elections held so far.thanx.

I vote every election though I don't vote necessarily on every candidate or measure. Some things I just don't have a vested interest in.
