recipe for Sabudana VAda

hi dear friends, it was a very nice feeling when i friends of mylot wanted this sabudana recipe from me. so here it is for all my friends........
al you need is sabudana, groundnuts, green chillies
Ingredients :-
1 bowl sabudana
1/2 bowl groundnuts
4 nice long green chillies
salt to taste
2 medium sizes potatoes , boiled and peeled
Method:-
soak the sabudana in a bowl filled with water for 8 - 10 hours before you wanna prepare them. now boil the potatoes peel them and mix them in that sabudana. add salt and crush the groundnuts and mix it in the dough. mash it properly and keep this dough in fridge for an hour or so before frying.
after an hour make small balls and flatten them by placing the ball in between the palms, now deep fry it in oil and keeo them out in kitchen towel. serve hot with cold sweet curd, coconut chutney and sauce. its wonderful. very easy to make and tasty to eat.
