SoapNet = The Valentine's day - I Got You Babe songs - SOUND PLEASE!!!

I enjoy watching this commercial and found it on SoapNET but can't get sound! I have checked my 2 volumes and the volume on the screen, but still can't get sound. It all moves, but no sound.
