Do you often use sunblock?

I was having a facial yesterday and my dermatologist told me that it is very necessary to use a sunblock to avoid premature aging and skin damages. Even before I always use sunblock and it really works. How about you, is sunblock part of your regimen?

I wear sunblock if we're going to be out in the sun alot that day, but I don't always use it. Half the time I forget to use it anyway.

Yup, over here the sun is scorching hot - sometimes I can feel my skin burning. I often use sunblock whenever I go out during the day - as you mentioned, to prevent aging, skin damage as well as pigmentation.

i dont use sunblock on my face at all. too lazy and i have the impression that it will make my face greasy or something. i do use sunblock on my hands and arms whenever i go out under the sun though.

I use sunblock a couple times week or daily. depends on the weather... the last few days its been cold so i haven't needed any because i've been wearing long sleeves but when its hotter outside i use it. i put it on in the morning before my walk with my dog. i had to start wearing it because i was feeling burnt even though i wasn't but it was because i was getting sun every day and not noticing that i was till my skin was acting like that.....so it is important to wear it when ever your out in the sun

I dont use sunblock a lot. But most of the make up i use has SPF 15 on it. I use chaptisck for my lips too because i know it protects my lips from sunlight. i always get the products with SPF15, lotion, makeup , lip balm and all. its a good way to protect skin from ultra violet rays. Now you remind me to go to shop and buy my own sunblock. Thanks. Happy mylotting!

I don't use sunblock every day - if I'm only going to the grocery store or something, I don't put it on, although my face lotion and some of my make up have sunblock in them. But if I know I'm going to be in the sun for more than 30 minutes, I slather on the highest SPF available! Otherwise I turn into a lobster. Even with sunblock, I turn into a lobster. One time, I wasn't even IN the sun and I got the worst sunburn of my life. Me and the sun, we don't mix! I'm like a vampire...if I so much as glance at the sun I burst into flames!

I don't think I've ever used sunblock. Maybe when I was little and had no choice cause my parents put it on me. I know its bad for me but I like getting my tan every year. I figure by the time im old enough to worry about premature aging, they will have created some kind of product to get rid of it completely. Heres hoping, lol.
