How to know what sound card is installed?

I want to install Audio drivers for my system. However I do not know which sound card is installed. Could some one remind me of the software which is used to find the system components. I forgot the name of that software?

if in the back of your pc you have a hole like green and pink the size of a stereo head phone then you have a sound card and you need to install it if you dont have does three holes the you need to purchase one and it comes with the drivers
