Could anyone tell me a really good place to advertise my paid to click sites plz

I have been trying to find good places to put my referral links at, but i have only found 3 places. I am always looking for a good place to advertise. I have my own site, but its new so it will take time to get a lot of traffic there. With the 3 sites i have found so far to submit i am getting maybe 2 referrals a week to all of them and most of the time the referrals leave lol. So please if you know a good free advertising spot for this please let me know. Thanks in advance for any responses.
