I have a problem with ADSENSE

Actually i havent received my PIN no yet..... its been a month and i'm still waiting for my pin no to get delivered to me........ i had requested for the pin twice first of 20th of december and secondly on 8th of jan, i am worried that they may cancel my registration i have accumulated around $25 through ADSENSE... what should i do, can any one help me out for this.
