It depends on subjects I am giving exam on...Like in Maths exam I always finish at the last moment while in papers which have more theory portions finishes a little earlier.Even if I finish off early I can't gather courage to turn around in the exam room as then papers will snatched by the examiner...

hellowaa balacancer22. this is the same case with me and my friends. but we dont't finish it 45 minutes early. we finish it 15 or 30 minutes early. and then we turn our heads around the room wondering what these people are writing. later on our attention diverts and we start cheking out others earrings shoes watches etc. somehow we kill that 30 minutes and just flee out of the room ...

In our case, we often get 45 minutes to an hour to finish our exam. I mostly finish answering my exams lesser than the given time but, I often use the extra time to check my work if I wrote anything wrong or spelling isn't right.

Well, its not really a policy to say the least. I just happen to do that in most things that I do, like after drawing something, writing something, fixing something or what not, I always check if I did everything right or still need to adjust a few details to make everything in order. (^_^ )

Well, it depends.. if i have studied well before the exam then probably i can finish it before the deadline.. but sometimes, i maximize the time to review my answers before passing it to my professor..

Hello balacancer22! Here in the Philippines, we were given 1 hour for 100 items exam and 2 hours for 200 items. When taking an exam, it really depends on what time I will finish it. If I studied hard the night before the exam, probably, it would take me 45 minutes to finish it, but if I did not study, it would take me forever to finish it..hehehe..But on my licensure exam last year, it only took me 1 and 1/2 hour to finish 200 items and I still reviewed everything before passing it and thank God I passed the exam.

Hello my friend balacancer22 Ji, Well, before responding, with due apology, I would ask you if you ever got desired results, related with your reply pattern in your exams schedules. Why do you have spare time, tahn time alloted, if you ask me, in my casea nd in many cases time, always ran short for writing complete answers. Either, you must be skipping some of the questions un-attempted, if so, results would not match. Also, during my days, we were never allowed to roam in examination halls like you do. Even, we were restricted to hand over our answer sheets after lapse of particular period after exams had been declared started. I find lot many changes have taken place these days. may god bless and have a graet time.

I think its the same thing in the halls that you faced is what happening now also...ya its been a different thing for the marks..some times it would be the best mark that i could get and some times the worst and its due to the time factor that all these things are happening and i sincerely hope to correct the time problems...

Hello my friend balacancer22 Ji, You are very much write, in fact as a long time old taecher, while framing qusetion papers, I always used to sit and attempt myself about time factor. In fact a paper setter should first make an attempt, now-a-days paper setters are not real examinars, who look into all types of problem including allotment time. paper is always much lenthier for replies and time very short. may God bless you and have a great time.

I rarely needed the full time for my exams. I would actually schedule 2 exams at the same time and do them both in the time alloted for one.

Hi Balacancer, It has been a few years since I have taken exams, but I remember always finishing before time and using that to go over and re read everything and add bits or correct things in this extra time. Huggles. Ellie :D

that really depends on the paper. If it's a law paper, i would need all the time in the world to finish up those questions. Each question requires quite a lengthy argument. But in other cases, nah, i normally finish it way before 3 hrs and i'd just pack and leave the hall.

I was taught to answer all questions that you knew first then spend any remaining time on the rest. It's always good to check your work. When I was in school it was impolite for anyone to look around while test taking, it also could be seen as cheating.

I will always keep myself ahead of the deadline. Finish my exam at the last minute makes me uncomfortable and unsafe. When I was a student, I usually leave 15 to 30 minutes for checking my answers, depending on the complexity and length of the exam.

nah depends on can i answer all the question or not if i can then i do it less than three hours if not then i will cheat on exam so it takes more times (probably more than three hours) hahahaha

yes ofcourse , i use the complete 3 hours to write my engineering examination...some papers requires more than 3 hours, we have to utilise the time and shrink it to three hours and should stick to it...some papers dont require three hours...during those papers i will finish up as soon as possible and leave the examination hall, to join with my friends..

It depends on the subject of exam. Most of the exam, I can finish fifteen minutes before the target time and use the rest of time to check my answers are correct or not. HaPpY MyLoTtInG!
