should you tube have the right to choose what's posted on it and reject something if they don't like it while allowing others the spew hate under the banner of free speech?

youtube has to be careful with what is posted on their channel.
they are held responsible for any illegally used footage and can be sewed and find themselves in alot of trouble if they just let anyone do what ever they want
