Teaching English in Asia (Struggles of a Filipino teacher)

Well, English has been the most sought language by many Asians. Whether ESL or EFL, English never fails to be taught in almost all countries. This caught the interest of several Filipinos to teach English abroad. However, due to its high-standard of requirements such as TESOL certification, TOFEL or IELTS, this teaching stint seemes to be a hopeless case for Filipinos. To my fellow Filipinos who have the chance to teach abroad, can you please help me find a way to teach abroad? And, to all those who would want to suggest or comment, my heartfelt thanks. :)
