I have a habit of listening to good rap music while working out. It gets me all pumped up. It does not matter who the artist is. So if anyone can recommend a few workout rap numbers i will really appreciate it.

well no one can really tell you a certain rap number though they can tell you some artists... but if given me the choice to listen to a rap number while working out.... something really fast and peppy then i would go for - take me home - by bone thugs and harmony featuring phil collins..... thats a real fast number... im totally into gangsta rap.... got songs from tupac, snoop dogg, bone thugs and harmony..... you could also listen to chingy or even eminem..... his songs are good...... there are some slow rap artists too but that aint good for a work out again.... for a workout you need something energetic.... something that will help you pump your muscles.... and motivate you..... so check out these artists..... try listening to some trance too though i am not too much in trance..... but leftfield again is pretty good if i want to work out !! all the best!

There are several artist I could suggest for you. TI, Ludacris, Lil John, anything produced by Dre, etc. You might enjoy TI's song Motivation. It has a good beat and would be easy to work out too. I'll try to think of some others and get back to you.
