Well, it's funny how yesterday, I replied to 4 discussions, and I already have $0.15. I mean, these are long and well-written, but I hear that others are having trouble making money off this site. Since I'm new, can anyone provide me with some clarifications?
Also, there are better sites for this kind of "extra income" ideal. Try visiting http://www.treasuretrooper.com/ or http://www.moola.com/ for some extra cash.

JZ2D...there is no way to describe how myLot actually credits your account from your responses. In my opinion, if you give detailed responses, sharing ideas that maybe haven't been mentioned previously in the thread, then myLot tends to reward these types of response differently than a response that is 3 or 4 lines (which generally will earn about $.01)
My Lot has a formula that they use to credit member accounts based on responses you give and the type of threads you start... also how popular that thread is in the myLot community.
The one thing I can tell you... putting links to other sites will not earn you any money and may cause the thread to be removed.

Thanks for the info. I now see that myLot is basically just a blogging site. Also, I'm not usually on treasuretrooper, so I haven't made $20 yet. Most of these require submitting to other offers, but those give big, like say $10 or $20, and I even saw one that's $40. It's still a fantastic site, but you can find more sites on my profile. Just copy and paste, and you should be where you want.

Earning money in myLot is easy, when you're active and make many responses with 4 to 5 lines.
You can also start discussion and try your luck to get some responses in the beginning, first you should add some friends (so that they can respond to your discussions).

Just to point out a correction...
1 cent a day means 1000 days for $10. Not 100 days as you said.
If you want to make more money with MyLot, try to get more referrals. You get referrals, only if you promote your mylot link. Try some traffic exchanges. The one that worked for me is EasyHitsForYou.
In my experience, I found it easy to sign up strangers than friends.
