Wikipedia says that Calamine lotion will relieve symptoms and that chilblains will heal by itself in about a week. It sounds like your problem is prevention, though. Get a rock or a brick and heat it on the stove, then wrap it in a cloth and use it to put your feet against when you go to bed. If you're at home, put it on the floor where you sit and put your feet on it. If you can't do that, use a bottle or jug filled with hot water but be sure it has a good seal!

I suffer from chilblains about 6 year ago.it is damage that happens when skin is exposed to extrem cold for too long.it maily happens on the hands, feet and ears.you should put more clothes to protect yourself from cold.
