how to teach martines?

well,i have a pet bird...(martines) it is a talking bird...she is actually trained to wistle...now she don't just wistle but she also utter some words...i'm just confused, because there are some who also have martines, but their martines talk clearly, ours is like a baby who cannot speak well..others have a big ang loud voices, ours have a high pitch and not clear voice...how will i make my bird speak aloud and clear like the others have? please help me...i would really appreciate your help...thanks...
