It seems to me that as the years pass it is getting harder and harder to get a job without having gone to college even if it is just an associates degree. I mean I am in school and all but why has it changed from before and do you think you need to go to school to be successful. I mean I guess if you had other talents like Ashley Qualls and her website making millions. The sad thing is that not all of that is for everyone. So I would like to know what you all think do you absolutely believe that you can be successful without a degree or not. What is your take?

I truly believe that now you have to have some kind of schooling to be able to get a good job and be able to make ends meet. I have tried several different things but always find it hard for me to follow through with it and finish. I am taking classes online right now and it seems to be the best fit for me right now. I am hoping to be able to get some sort of degree as I do not want to be where I am forever, I would love to have more careers open to me and find a job that I can advance in and not just be stuck in the same place year after year. I would also like to make a little more money than I do now and not have to work so many hours per week.

I absolutely agree with you on this and of course education will probably have an effect on the jobs you get and are qualified to do and at which rate you will get paid for those jobs as well.

I think education it's very important, but there's people who get the succes without it. It's so hard to anticipate if a parson need or not much study...

I pondered the same question when I was in college and decided that I did not need a degree to succeed in life. I have been struggling ever since in spite of my talents and intelligence. Cheers!!

That really is sad. I hope that maybe one day you will decide to go back to school or maybe even try online schooling. It seems today that there are so many different degrees and such that you can get into. You are sure to find something that you enjoy. I hope things work out for you

Hello bbdollz! Education is a big factor to become successful. But many Filipino here became successful without a proper education. Some of them are not yet entered in college, but because of their hardwork and eagerness to become successful, they became one. I salute them. I believe that, you could be successful without a degree, but you should have a patience, hardwork and all the positive attitudes and of course God to become successful. Happy mylotting!

Things are like this, the education you get cannot guarantee your success, but can provide you a opportunity to seeking for more knowledge. No matter education or not, the must is to keep on pursuing your dream with hard work. Don't waste any time and get things down from now on.
