Are There Other Sites That Pay Upfront For What You Do Like Associated Content

I'm looking for sites that pay you upfront for articles, videos, pictures, whatever once they are approved. Associated Content pays upfront for articles, but not for videos anymore. I hate that. Anyway if you know any sites that pay upfront money please list them here.
