Does your friends call you with Nickname/original name

my friends call me among with ourselves with ma petnames where they know very well that if they call me infront of everyone else,then i would get anger.so they never call me by ma nicknames in front of others.I do the same thing to them.I love to call ma friends with their petnames mostly selected by me and they too have fun doing so.i have almost twenty nicknames so far fro ma schoolmates to college mates

from my school days itself my friends call me with nickname..it really shows the intimacy we share between us..most of my friends do have nicknames and in most cases more than one..

Yes, my friens often call my nickname, too. They each wants to call me diffent nickname to show their personality. I call them different from others' calling them. I feel comfortable about that. That shows our friendship.

Hi, only my b/f has a nickname for me but my close friends and family call me by a shotened version of my first name.

My close friends and relatives are the only one who called me by my nick name. My nickname is not the pretty one. Honestly, i don't like to be called in my nickname by people whom i don't know or just known for a bit. Even though i prefer my whole name to be used as much as possible, i just let them use my nick name as long as they don't put something that can irritate my ears.

It really depends on the degree of friendship I suppose, :) my closest friends call me by my nickname, while fellow employee or acquaintances call me by my real name, but what is most important is that my husband call me "honey" and I love it! :) Have a great day!
