do you want to slimming?now i am in winter vacation .i think i gain some weight.so i want to lose it.formerly,i losed weight in school.at that time i usually eat less food,expercially in night.in night i usually eat no food but fruits.at last i lose some weight .now i am lose weight again.

I do want to loose some weight. I had an injury in the late part of two years past, into the beginning of the following year. My mobility was limited and found I gained more weight during that time. As I get older, I find that it is harder to loose those extra pounds. having Christmas just pass, it is also a contributing factor to the extra weight that I am carrying. I am changing my diet, like you but more vegetables rather than fruit to aid in my weight loss. I walk a lot and feel that that helps too. I have heard that if you each a plain grapefruit prior to bed time, that this will help you burn calories as you sleep. I think it has something to do with your body processing the citrus. Avoiding salt can be beneficial as well, as when we eat dalt or salty food, this can retain water. This will leave you feeling full and puffy. Drinking plenty of water helps me eat less too. I don't eat much to begin with but I must avoid sweets and baked goods. Wisdh you well on your weight loss. Best to you in 2009.

Yap. Just count your calorie intakes, since its winter you need to cut down oily food, fatty foods and sweets. Try some soups and have green leafy vegetables, the fibrous one. And have some exercises like stretching or household chores... it will take a while and needs patience and discipline...

Yes I am working on losing 20-25 pounds in the next 4-6 months. My target weight is 125-130 pounds. I have started drinking more water. I have also cut out some of the fats. Another thing I have done is tried to make my portions a bit smaller than normal. Lastly, I have started exercising more often. My boyfriend and I walk/jog 2-3 miles about 3-5 times each week, plus I do some aerobic and weight training exercises a few times each week. Good luck in your weight loss goals!
