Has neobux become scam?

I tried logging in to neobux today.The site is not opening.I am getting waiting for neobux.com.Has the site turned scam.Is it an upgrade in neobux.Any mylotter knows about the problem?

i don't think so,i am also the member of neobux.today when i have sign up with neobux site,it is easy for me sign up for this site.i only trust neobux.they are not the scam.......happy mylotting and hope you can earn money soon.
