I want to sell our house due to my being badly in debt.

My wife and I with our two children have been living in our house for 11 years. I want to sell it because I need some money to pay off our debt. There are no other choices that can solve our problem. I love the house especially my elder child. I think if the house sells at the price of US$.45.000, $25,000 if which will used for buying another house. The rest of the fund will go to probably a car and the other needs. Can you give me the solution?

so where will you be staying temporarily once you could found a buyer..you'll gonna rent a house? or to your nearest relatives..if selling a house could help solve your problems then that's the best solution to do...but never ever forget to give the right education for your children...think of their future so that in return in the future they could help you in reviving your wealth....having a simple and peaceful life is better to be on this earth.

If the house sells at the given price, temporarily I will rent a house or stay with my wife's younger brother. That's not really a problem. As I said I'd build a smaller house but in a nice location. Preferably I will buy the near the main streets where therea are many shops. A two-storey house is an ideal one. We will use the first floor to open a small shop.
