hey guys, i just wanna ask dat is dance really gud for health or not......?????? views of ur will help me.....

Well anything that involve you in exercise is good for health. Well dancing needs a lot of stamina its not like just standing and sitting in front of Computer. A lot of stamina and flexible body is required for dancing. That's it Dance will also increase your stamina and loose the mussels of your body. Have fun dancing Buddy. Have a Good Day.

I love to make dance very much. I make a dance in the morning as an exercise. dance is not harmful for health. If we make a dance just for half an hour then we no need to any other exercise to make ourselves fit and fine, according to me.

Hi sidish_4, as far as I know dancing actually is a good form of exercise. There are various types of dances like ballet, the elegant and graceful dance. The powerful and vigorous street dance that needs lots of energy is quite suitable for younger youth. There are so many types of social dances like waltz, cha cha, tango, rumba, and etc that need lots of dancing steps and skills. I think disco and a go go that need not many difficult steps are easier to handle. Besides, there are still a great number of attractive and interesting traditional dances from different countries. We usually would sweat a lot after having 40 minutes or so of practice. We enjoy dancing and enjoy listening to melodious music at the same time. If we keep on dancing for at least 30 to 40 minutes regularly 5 days a week, I believe this activity surely would help us to promote our blood circulation and excretion of metabolic wastes through both our skin and lung.
