electricity & gas saving

Are you careful with using light-bulbs, electric or gas heaters and oven?
Many people i know dont bother switching off unneccessary lights and other appliances resulting in extra or too much bills.
Do you keep an eye on electric and gas usage? how much you think unnessassary electricity and gas is consumed by yourself and household memebers in a month?

After paying the big bills from electricity and gas we are very careful now in our eletric and gas usage. We always switching off those unnecessary lights and we have a time limit for watching television or for playing play stations. We only use the heater at night and hoping that we can save this time.
