The Hydrosil heaters are made in America and can heat your house, garage, etc. by either portable 110 plug in models or can be direct 220 wired in. I have an older mobile home who's furnace is down and I am thinking of buying these heaters to heat my home. I have a 14' x 66' 1974 mobile home with a faulty furnace that I can't afford to replace. A new furnace is $3000 and would have to be natural gas. The Hydrosil heaters are used to heat each room indivually with a controlled thermostate. They install against the wall for direct wire like an older style baseboard heater but they are supposed to heat the air from floor to ceiling and are safe to the touch for children and animals. Would you ever consider this kind of heat as a source to heat your home?
