Sleep issues

Lately I feel like I haven't been getting enough sleep no matter how long I try. Yesterday I took a nap cause I was feeling worn down, by the time my children were ready for bed at 7pm I was exhausted again. It was like I hadn't taken a nap at all. I normally sleep about 5 hours, I guess that isn't enough to feel refreshed. I have to ask, how long do you sleep in a night? Do you nap?

5 hours is definitely not enough! The adult body needs 7-8 hours and teenagers going through puberty need upwards of 10-11. If you have children and are running around all day being a mother, you are probably emotionally exhausted as well as mentally drained. You should try if your schedule allows to get in a full 7 hours because if you're only sleeping 5, you might be interrupting your REM cycle and if you do that you'll wake up exhausted even if you've gotten a few hours of Z's. Hope you get rest soon!
