With all of the economic strife that all of us are feeling and all of the negativity we keep hearing in the news, where do you turn to to find happiness? What makes you happy?
For me, it is my children and my husband. I look at them and tell myself that I have been blessed with a great family, no matter how bad off things are right now.
This always seems to help me. Or I turn the joys of my writing. I find ways to help me help others. I feel happy when I know something that I have said can some how help someone else.

I find my happiness in my family, in my friends and especially in my boyfriend who supports me in every possible way. I find happiness whenever I find abundance of love. I find happiness whenever I witness my parents unconditional love in their eyes and in their care. I find happiness when my friends drop by to chat or to say that they had a terrible day. I find happiness in my boyfriends funny comments and unwavering love.
And I find happiness in other people's happiness. It was warming to read how happy you are when you find that you have touched someone else's life.
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

You are a good person, chulce, for finding happiness in helping others. My happiness is in my son and husband, in my hobbies and in knowing that I make a difference everyday. I don't feel like I do as much for others as I used to, but I completely understand the feeling you speak of.
