Writers Block

Ok so how many of you people get writers block? The worst is when your out and about, or busy and you get all these great ideas of things you would love to write about but then when you sit down and your computer it as if you hadnt even thought of anything, all the topics you had thought of are gone? It drives me crazy when that happens, and it happens all the time to me, I was talking to mu hubby and we have decided that i should always carry a book and pen so I am able to write all my ideas down. I always have so many until it is time to actually write something! Does anyone else have this problem and if so what are you doing to ensure you remember all your great idea? and why do you think this happens to us
