Cool Dog Tricks

Yes my dog can do some cool tricks also. We have had to obedience classes as well as agility where they perform tasks involved in an obstacle course such as walking up and down ramps, through hoops, over jumps, and up and down a teeter totter which was a tricky one. In our class the instructor told all of us that over the time we were taking the course to teach our dogs a cool trick and we will show them at one of our last classes, so we did this. We then went to class and showed our trick which was my lab holding a hot dog in her mouth! Our instuctor was impressed and challanged us to see if we could then get our dog to drop the hot dog...wo we went home and practiced went back to class and she did just that, so now our instructor was really impressed so he then challanged us and our dog to do our obstacle course holding a hot dog, and then give it to us at the end, it took us a few tries but she did it!! At the dogs grad from the program she won best trick!!!

First of all welcome to myLot JonesKnows! Your dog sounds like a very clever dog. Have you taught her any other tricks? I have no dog at present. I have had one in the past but I prefer cats. Sadly my last cat went to the pet heaven almost one year ago and I am without a pet at the moment.
