Children of Heaven is a 1997 Iranian film. It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film in 1998. It tells the story of a brother and sister and their adventures over a lost pair of shoes. The film moves along on one of the villages in Tehran..The story revolves around a typical village family who works hard for their living...The story begins when Ali, a teenage child looses his sister Zahra's shoes...He tells this to his sister but both decide not to tell their parents as they are afraid of the after effects.. They decide to look for it themselves and this unveils a series of interesting things... The storyline is too simple and its suitable(not just suitable ,I think everyone will find it really interesting) to viewers of all age group...Its really a beautiful movie which I recommend to all as a don't miss kinda movie...Have a good time watching it...
