I just posted a referral link. Will i be sanctioned?

I have jsut read a discussion obout posting referral links in myLot discussions. In responding to one of them, i did post my referral. But i did it not just to pormote the site but also to make her understand more what I mean when I mentioned about a passive income they offer.
Is there a penalty for doing that?

You should not post a referral link into a discussion on here you can post them on your profile but not in a discussion the worst that will happen is that the discussion you responded to will get deleted and everyone who made money on it will lose their income from it.
So from now on do not do that. Just kindly let them know that if they are interested to private message you and then you can go about it that way. Just to be safe anyways.

Oh, i didn't mean to do that. I mean, i'm not aware of that rule so far. Ignorance thus really cost a peson so much. Thanks for the info, it is really appreciated.
